What is Flow Xs?
Flow Xs is a compact reverse osmosis drinking water system designed for single-source filtration, usually installed under a kitchen sink and connected to a dedicated smart faucet.
Where should Flow Xs be installed?
Flow Xs is most commonly installed under the kitchen sink, but it can be used anywhere a dedicated drinking water point is needed, provided there is suitable plumbing, drainage, and power access.
What does reverse osmosis help reduce?
Reverse osmosis helps reduce very fine impurities, including heavy metals, scale, bacteria, and dissolved substances. Flow Xs also uses activated carbon to help improve taste and reduce chlorine.
How often do the filters need replacing?
The PPC composite filter and post-activated carbon filter are typically replaced every 6–12 months. The RO membrane is typically replaced every 12–36 months, depending on water quality and usage.
Does Flow Xs filter the whole property?
No. Flow Xs is designed for one dedicated drinking water outlet. For whole-property filtration, Flow 2 is the more suitable system.
