What started as a simple courier trip to Somalia turned into something life-changing. Florent joined a humanitarian project supplying water filtration systems to hospitals, schools, and villages. When faulty parts arrived, he stepped in to fix them using his background in plumbing and water engineering. His hands-on work soon led to eight missions across Somalia as the project’s Technical Director, helping communities gain access to safe, drinkable water.
Florent founded 2FK Water Technology, a Swiss-based building services company created to support international water projects, including connections he had made in Ethiopia and Somalia. But as the business grew, so did the realisation that plumbing alone wasn’t the path he wanted to walk forever. He wanted to create long-term water solutions, not just install them.
During this period, Florent began shaping a bigger vision, to bring advanced, accessible water filtration into everyday life. The early concept for what would become Driink Me was drafted between late 2022 and early 2023, blending years of field experience with a desire to make clean water both sustainable and simple.
A friend’s suggestion led Florent to visit Bali, a place where the demand for better water quality was clear. While there, he began ideation of the brand that would evolve into Driink Me. Returning to Switzerland, he met Henrik, a branding contact who helped him refine the early concept “Swiss Pure Water” into a more human, modern identity: Driink Me. That same year, smaller prototype filters were developed and tested, confirming water quality that met drinking standards.
Production began for the first generation of units, known as Flow 1, proudly manufactured in Switzerland. These systems combined Florent’s technical expertise with Swiss engineering standards, setting a new benchmark for residential and commercial filtration. Real-world testing confirmed the performance and reliability that would define the brand’s reputation.
To make Driink Me more globally accessible, manufacturing shifted to China, ensuring quality, scale, and cost efficiency. The second-generation system, Flow 2, was developed soon after, offering higher capacity and smarter design for properties of all sizes. This milestone marks the evolution of DriinkMe from a Swiss-engineered concept into a global water technology brand.

As Founder and Chief Product Officer, he leads innovation and product development at Driink Me, ensuring every solution reflects the company’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and responsible growth.
With a talent for structure and strong numerical insight, Diego specialises in simplifying complex processes and building efficient systems. His analytical mindset and clear decision-making help keep projects moving smoothly. Well connected in Costa Rica, he is also preparing the expansion of Driink Me’s presence in the region.
Dreyghun leads brand and business development at Driink Me, focusing on positioning, market expansion, and commercial growth. He works across brand strategy, sales development, and digital systems to build a clear and scalable foundation for the company. His role spans from shaping how the company is perceived in the market to supporting the development of its global sales engine.
Michelle combines strong organisational skills with a natural talent for building relationships. With a background in hospitality and client management, she focuses on guiding customers from their first enquiry through long-term partnership. At Driink Me, she ensures every interaction reflects the professionalism, care, and service the brand stands for.
