What is Flow 2?
Flow 2 is a Swiss-engineered, water filtration system designed for villas, resorts, restaurants, and more. It filters up to 4,000 litres per hour, delivering clean water directly to every tap without the need for bulky storage tanks.
When will my unit be delivered?
Units are scheduled to arrive in Bali between December 2025 and January 2026. Pre-orders will be fulfilled immediately after customs clearance, and you’ll receive tracking updates and product manuals and information in advance.
Is installation included?
No, but we are partnering with a local team who will gladly handle installation for you, please contact us to arrange a quotation. If you would prefer to handle the installation yourself, the system is designed for easy setup by any qualified local plumber.
What warranty does Flow 2 include?
1 year on electronics
3 years on mechanical components

Can it handle Bali’s water quality?
Yes. Flow 2 was tested in Bali and across multiple international water conditions and performs exceptionally in tropical climates. It is ideal for well water, PDAM, and mixed-source systems commonly used in Bali.
